Qualitative support is critical to the success of linux deployment. C-DAC a leading organization Offering advanced training courses in Linux, which is highly equipped to offer high quality Linux Support. This Linux support is accessible through a network of C-DAC centres spread across the country. These Centres function as Primary resource centres and Secondary resource center as network of academic Institution. The Primary and Secondary resource centres will offer Tier-2 and Tier-1 support. In Case of any Query, which needs to be routed for onsite resolution, the query will be directed to the primary and secondary resource centres. This ensures a National Level onsite support through the support centres of C-DAC and academic Institutions.
